Project developer

Property manager

To increase the long-term value growth of projects in operation, it enhances the benefits for property owners by being responsible for the necessary daily maintenance, engineering repairs, and rental occupancy to extend the lifespan of the buildings.

Investment operator

In addition to simple forms such as project loans and sales orders to address financing related to project development, there is experience in attracting funding from both domestic and foreign investors through financial and investment instruments such as closed debt instruments, crowdfunding platforms, investment funds, and tokens.
