"Invescore Property" LLC was founded in 2017 to deliver real estate management and sales services based on Japanese management principles.

Today, we continue to expand our operations, products, and services, delivering a diverse range of real estate–based financial solutions to domestic and international clients and professional investors, while uniquely providing comprehensive asset management services in the local market.

We are a full-service real estate developer, property manager, investment operator, and broker. Focused on key cities across Mongolia and Central Asia, we plan, deliver, and professionally manage B+, A, and A+ grade projects that generate sustainable returns and long-term asset value throughout their entire lifecycle.

As of 2025, we manage and oversee three office projects and one residential project, providing full operational management.

We are also delivering integrated management for a 220+ residential and serviced housing development located at the Khureltogoot Valley in Ulaanbaatar. This four-year project is designed to support sustainable socio-economic development and stands as Mongolia’s first “Green Integrated Project.”
