“Invescore Property” LLC was established in 2017 with the objective of implementing real estate management and sales operations based on Japanese management principles.
As of today, we continue to expand the scope of our operations, products, and services, delivering diversified real estate–based financial products and services to both domestic and international clients as well as professional investors, and uniquely providing comprehensive asset management services in the local market.

Our core mission is to modernize the traditional real estate market by aligning it with the evolving needs and behavior of today’s consumers, while managing real estate products and services through reliable, integrated management to enhance long-term asset value. In doing so, we operate successfully as the only competitive, sustainable, and professional asset manager in the industry.

We operate across the real estate sector as a project developer, asset manager, investment operator, and intermediary in an integrated manner. Focusing on major cities in Mongolia and Central Asia, we plan, develop, and manage B+, A, and A+ grade projects designed to generate stable returns and long-term value, providing professional management throughout their lifecycle.

As of 2025, we manage three office projects and one residential project, overseeing their operational phase management.

In addition, we are implementing comprehensive management for a townhouse community project consisting of 220 households with service facilities, located in Khurel Togoot Valley, Ulaanbaatar. This four-year project aims to support sustainable socio-economic development and is Mongolia’s first “Green Integrated Project.”

Through this project, we strive to promote eco-friendly solutions, healthy and safe living environment standards, and foster an eco-community culture that supports a sustainable lifestyle.
