Invescore Property LLC, established in 2017 in Ulaanbaatar, is a subsidiary of Invescore Financial Group (LSE: ICFG) and is distinguished by providing comprehensive management services in the real estate sector.
For the projects we manage and implement, we prioritize introducing energy-efficient, water-saving systems and equipment, while also using environmentally friendly construction materials with low greenhouse gas emissions.
Our first development project, the IC Tower office and commercial building, became the first office tower in Mongolia to receive the international green building certification EDGE Advanced. For this project:

Since 2024, we have introduced modern waste management principles and solutions in the projects under our Facility Management operations, including Khoimor Office, IC Tower Office, and Ambassador Residence serviced apartments.
Waste sorting stations have been placed on each floor of the projects, and tenants and residents are provided with the necessary instructions. The Asset Management Department regularly supplies guidelines, reminders, and training content to ensure proper waste management practices.
During the 76th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, President of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh announced the launch of a national movement to plant one billion trees by 2030. This initiative aims to increase the country’s forested area to 9.0%, reduce desertification and land degradation, increase greenhouse gas absorption and water resources, mitigate climate change, and accelerate green development.
In 2021, Invescor Financial Group expressed its support for the President’s initiative by committing to grow ONE MILLION trees by 2030.
To date, we have planted over 1,500 trees of 13 different species in the Edlmont Project garden.
With joint investment from Invescor Financial Group companies and private sector partners, we are developing an infrastructure project aimed at reducing air and soil pollution in Ulaanbaatar. The development is located in Bayanzurkh District, Khoroo 11. This project includes the following three types of facilities:

Project Objective:
Once fully implemented, the project will reduce soil, drinking water, and air pollution in the target area while establishing reliable centralized infrastructure. This will create a healthier and more comfortable living environment for residents and contribute long-term benefits to the region’s social and economic development.
