Invescore Property LLC, established in 2017 in Ulaanbaatar, is a subsidiary of Invescore Financial Group (LSE: ICFG) and is distinguished by providing integrated management services in the real estate sector.
For the projects we manage and implement, we prioritize introducing energy-efficient, water-saving systems and equipment, while also using environmentally friendly construction materials with low greenhouse gas emissions.
Our first development, the IC Tower office and commercial project, became Mongolia’s first office tower to meet the international EDGE Advanced green building standards and receive certification. For this project:
Solutions that reduced energy consumption by 41%:
Solutions that reduced clean water consumption by 35%:
Solutions that reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 29%:

Since 2024, we have introduced modern waste management principles and solutions in the projects under our Facility Management operations, including Khoimor Office, IC Tower Office, and Ambassador Residence serviced apartments.

Waste sorting stations are installed on every floor of the managed buildings, with clear instructions provided to tenants and residents. The Property Management Department regularly delivers guidelines, reminders, and training materials to ensure consistent and proper waste management practices.
At the 76th UN General Assembly, Mongolia launched the “One Billion Trees” initiative, aiming to expand forest cover, combat desertification, mitigate climate change, and accelerate national green development by 2030. The program aims to increase forest cover to 9.0%, combat desertification and land degradation, enhance greenhouse gas absorption and water resources, mitigate climate change, and accelerate the country’s green development agenda. In 2021, Invescore Financial Group reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability by pledging to plant one million trees by 2030 in support of the President’s national initiative.
To date, more than 1,500 trees representing 13 different species have been planted within the Edelmont Project garden.
Through joint investment by Invescore Financial Group companies and private sector partners, we are implementing an infrastructure project in the 11th khoroo of Bayanzurkh District to mitigate air and soil pollution in Ulaanbaatar. The project supports environmental protection, public health improvement, and sustainable urban development, and includes the following three types of facilities:
