Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and store company-wide documents in accordance with established standards
  • Oversee office organization, cleanliness, and appearance; ensure meeting rooms are prepared and ready for use
  • Support and execute tasks assigned by the unit manager
  • Ensure internal control processes are properly implemented
  • Collaborate in activities related to the Tender Committee
  • Perform other duties as outlined in the job description

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Law
  • Specialized training in archiving and office administration methodology
  • Strong skills in preparing official documents and reporting
  • Ability to review documents for compliance with standards and provide guidance is an advantage
  • Fast learner, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage records, storage, and movement of assets, supplies, and materials
  • Prepare monthly reports and submit them to the accountant and management
  • Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work with financial software and Excel (experience with SMART software is an advantage)
  • Experience in inventory and asset record management is an advantage
  • Responsible, honest, detail-oriented, and punctual

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain friendly communication with residents and provide assistance as needed
  • Gather complete information from visitors and relay it accurately
  • Provide information about the waiting area and meeting rooms to guests
  • Handle phone calls and digital communication channels
  • Relay calls, requests, and complaints accurately to the appropriate personnel
  • Receive, send, and record documents and correspondence
  • Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the building
  • Record information of people entering and exiting the building and maintain confidentiality
  • Welcome and send off long-term and short-term tenants
  • Collect payments

Job Requirements

  • Conversational level English proficiency
  • Experience in hotel or front desk/guest reception roles
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Clear, articulate communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Ability to conduct formal communication via email
  • Attentive and detail-oriented when handling issues
  • Ability to work a 2-days-on, 2-days-off schedule from 08:00 to 20:00

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop security standards and plans, and monitor their implementation
  • Prepare documentation and organizational plans for security operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations and supervise team performance
  • Lead and guide team members, organize regular training, and ensure safety awareness
  • Prepare reports and statistical data to inform management
  • Ensure team members’ ethics, responsibility, working conditions, and health protection
  • Oversee the operation and safety of CCTV, alarm systems, and security equipment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, security, management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in security management
  • Experience in senior or managerial positions
  • Ability to prepare documentation and reports
  • Strong decision-making, leadership, and management skills
  • High professional ethics, responsibility, and strong knowledge of safety and security
  • Knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, security equipment, and related software
  • Physically healthy; preferred age up to 40

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify employee training needs in alignment with the organization's goals and strategy
  • Determine training requirements based on job performance, job descriptions, and evaluation results
  • Develop annual and quarterly training programs and plans
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external training activities
  • Select and evaluate trainers and mentors, develop training content, and ensure training quality
  • Plan career development pathways and provide guidance to employees

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR management and training & development
  • Ability to think creatively and independently manage training operations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and draw conclusions
  • Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and relevant regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Strong computer skills across standard office software
  • Experience with Power BI is an advantage
